Dougra Services provides professional window and facade cleaning for homes, offices, towers, and retail sites across Al Khobar and the Eastern Province. Our trained technicians use pure-water systems, squeegee detail, and (where required) rope access to deliver a clear, professional finish—inside and out.
Apartments & villas, offices and showrooms, towers and mid-rise facades, malls and storefronts, schools and clinics (non-critical areas), interior partitions and glass balustrades.
We assess the facade, access points, and glass type, then select the safest method:
Pure-water pole for spotless exterior glass without detergents or residues
Traditional squeegee for interiors and detailed edges
Rope access / MEWP for high levels, with IRATA-style procedures and full safety kit
Post-construction first cleans with approved pads/scrapers only if safe for the glass (we test first to avoid scratching tempered glass with fabricating debris)
Safety-first setup with cones/signage, exclusion zones, and weather checks. Trained, insured technicians; method statements and risk assessments available on request. We coordinate building permits, anchor-point verification, and lift access where needed.
Before we arrive: ensure access to balconies/terraces and move fragile items away from windows. Provide water and power if requested.
After completion: minor water beads may remain on frames; these dry clear with pure-water cleaning. For heavily oxidized frames or first-time cleans, a second pass may be recommended.
Homes & low-traffic offices: every 2–3 months
Retail/frontage & coastal exposure: monthly or bi-weekly
Towers/facades: by elevation and wind exposure—scheduled programs available
Light rain typically doesn’t harm a pure-water clean; the glass dries spot-free unless dust or runoff is heavy. We’ll advise rescheduling in high winds or storms.
Yes. We use water-fed poles for height and rope access/MEWP where needed, following building permits and anchor-point checks.
Frames and sill edges are wiped as standard. Track deep-cleaning is available as an add-on—recommended for first-time or post-construction cleans.
